1) Who is D. & D. SILVER ?

Is a sterling silver 925 producer. The production of casting made silver consists in rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces and bracelets.

3) Who can buy from D. & D. SILVER ?

Only wholesaler, importers, department stores. We can not sell to private and shops.

4) Is it possible to reach a catalogue with price list ?

Is possible to receive by e-mail the price list, because all our product are in the web-site.

5) Which are the terms of sell ?

-DELIVERY : After 30 days from the order. (if you need something different tell us)
-PAYMENT : We require payment only when goods is ready
-MINIMUN QUANTITY : We need a min. of 6 pcs per items.

6) Is possible to have a discount ?

For orders of more than 20 pcs per items, there's a special discount for you : discover it

7) Is it possible to have some special article manifactured exclusively for a customer ?

Yes, it is. This is an our normal service we give to our clients.

8) Which marks are putting in the articles ?

>We normally put (following the italian low) "925 ITALY" or "925 2301VI"(our trade mark for manufacturing silver in italy).

8b) Can you put some special marks ?

Yes, of course we can. It is enough let we have your stamp and we do it for you.

9) Do goods contains nickel or other metal as bronze or copper on the surface ?

No, each item is nickel-bronze-copper free.

10) Can I ask for special color of stones or different galvanic layer ?

Of course you can. You can have the color you prefer on the stones, and the galvanic layer desired (if you don't need rhodium can ask for silver or gold plated goods).

11)How can I pay ?

12) About SALES TAX ?

Sales Tax applies only for orders shipped to Italy. For orders shipped outside Italy Sales Tax will not be charged.

13) What about Return ?

We do check all items carefully prior to despatch. However, should you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to resolve matters as rapidly as possible: giving a credit or a change of the goods.
If you are not completely thrilled about the goods you can return and have a change. The transport fee are at your charge : where possile we ship via signed post, otherwise we must ship with express courier.
